Order processing

Orders can only be processed and shipped after the goods has been paid. After we receive the payment confirmation, then we prepare and ship the product. The customer will receive a confirmation message.

Delivery Information

Returns & Refunds

After we ship the purchased product, we do not accept returns or refunds. This includes PayPal as well. If you receive a damaged product then we will replace it. All the shipping costs must be paid by the customer before the new product can be shipped.

Out-of-Stock Products

If a product is out of stock at the time of the order, this order will be processed after payment confirmation and once the product becomes available. We will inform the customer when the product can be expected.
